All page and files are designed to be freely, and easily, downloaded, saved and modified to benefit students learning experiences. Unless stated otherwise, materials on Colmanweb may be downloaded for educational, personal and non-commercial use only. They may not be used for profit. Materials may only be incorporated into other websites with acknowledgement of source.
Materials on Colmanweb are regularly reviewed and maintained but, inevitably, some errors (probably wrong answers!) may be present and thus we do not guarantee total completeness, accuracy or up-to-date and may not be held liable for any losses, intellectual or otherwise, that this may cause. All materials on Colmanweb are originally produced.
External websites linked to from Colmanweb are not controlled by us and that we cannot be held responsible for their content, reliability or views expressed within them.
Colmanweb is produced in the UK, and operates under English Law. It is written to accompany the UK schools 'National Curriculum' and materials can be easily transferred to other curricula although we can’t be held responsible for any assimilation.

Privacy Policy
We currently collect and process the following information:
  • On the homepage a cookie is used to distinguish between humans and bots
  • On the Guess the Tunes end-page, cookies are used to determine the optimal video quality based on the visitor's device and network settings
  • Google Analytics cookies are used to register unique users and generate statistical data on how visitors use the website. We also use Google Analytics to collect data on the number of times a user has visited the website as well as dates for the first and most recent visit
  • We don't collect any personal information such as names, email addresses or other identifiers whatsoever
We use the information that you have given us in order to analyse numbers of visitors and visitor trends to our website. This information is collected and shared with us via Google Analytics. Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is securely stored by Google Analytics only. Under data protection law, you have rights including:

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
